 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

  • 4–6 large flour tortillas

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Diced bell peppers

  • Jalapeños

  • Corn

  • Sour cream

  • Fresh cilantro

 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until soft.
Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain excess fat if needed.

Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook 2–3 more minutes until fragrant.

2️⃣ Assemble the Wraps

Lay a tortilla flat.
Add a layer of beef mixture to one side.
Sprinkle generously with cheese.

Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a wrap (or fold in half like a quesadilla).

3️⃣ Toast Until Crispy

Place wraps seam-side down in a lightly oiled skillet.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
