450g (1 lb) ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon mustard

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pastry

1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed) or refrigerated biscuit dough

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Cook ground beef and onion until browned.

Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Stir in ketchup and mustard.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix in shredded cheese.
2. Prepare the Pastry

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares (about 4×4 inches).
3. Assemble

Fold over to form a rectangle or triangle.
