Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

 Make the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix:

  • Softened butter

  • Garlic

  • Parsley

Spread generously on one side of each bread slice.


Assemble

Flip bread slices over (butter side down).
Add a generous layer of cheese to two slices.
Top with remaining bread slices (butter side facing out).

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.

  2. Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side.

  3. Press lightly with a spatula.
