Seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

3–4 garlic cloves, minced
Sauce

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

½ cup chicken broth (optional, for extra sauce)

1 teaspoon cornstarch + 2 teaspoons water (optional, for thickening)
For Cooking & Garnish

2 tablespoons oil or butter

Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken

Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2. Cook the Chicken

Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook for 4–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Cook the Mushrooms & Garlic

In the same pan, add the sliced mushrooms.

Cook for 3–5 minutes until softened and lightly browned.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Prepare the Sauce

Add honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chicken broth to the pan.

Stir well and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

If a thicker sauce is desired, add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Combine

Return the chicken to the pan.

Spoon the sauce over the chicken and simmer for another 3–5 minutes so the flavors blend.
