The Classic Crowd-Pleaser

FB IMG

Rich, velvety, and incredibly easy to whip up.

Ingredients:

  • For the Cream Layer: 2 cans (approx. 24 oz total) Media Crema (table cream), 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, and 1 packet (0.3 oz) unsweetened fruit drink powder (like passion fruit or lemon to add a bright, tangy balance).
  • For the Chocolate Ganache: 7 oz (200g) chopped dark or milk chocolate and 1 can (approx. 12 oz) Media Crema.

Instructions:

  1. Blend: Add the media crema, sweetened condensed milk, and drink powder to a blender. Blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes until thick and smooth. Pour into a glass dish and even out the surface.
  2. Melt: Melt the chopped chocolate and remaining cream together in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  3. Chill: Pour the ganache gently over the cream layer. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let both layers fully set before serving.

Option 2: The Low-Carb / Keto Alternative 🍓

The exact same decadent texture, but entirely sugar-free.

Ingredients:

  • For the Cream Layer: 16 oz (450g) softened cream cheese, 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream, ½ cup powdered sweetener (like Allulose or Erythritol), 1 tsp vanilla extract, and an optional 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
  • For the Sugar-Free Ganache: 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips, ½ cup heavy whipping cream, and 1 tbsp butter (for shine).

Instructions:

  1. Whip & Fold: Beat the cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until completely smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Spread smoothly into your dish and freeze for 15 minutes to set.
  2. Ganache: Heat the ½ cup of heavy cream until hot, pour it over the sugar-free chocolate chips and butter, let sit for 2 minutes, and stir until silky.
  3. Set: Pour the slightly cooled ganache over the cream layer and refrigerate for 3+ hours.
