2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

200g mushrooms (optional but recommended for extra flavor)
Seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon paprika

3 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce

3 tablespoons honey
-
3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

½ cup chicken broth or water

1 teaspoon cornstarch + 2 teaspoons water (optional, for thickening)
For Cooking

2 tablespoons oil or butter

Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Season the Chicken
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 4–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Add Mushrooms & Garlic
In the same pan, add mushrooms and cook until soft and lightly browned.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Make the Sauce
Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and broth. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
If you prefer a thicker sauce, add the cornstarch mixture and stir until it thickens.
