Ingredients
Filling

2 boxes (about 100g each) instant vanilla pudding mix

3 cups cold milk

1 container (about 240ml / 8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Layers

2–3 sleeves graham crackers (or similar plain biscuits)
Chocolate Topping

200g semi-sweet chocolate

½ cup heavy cream
OR -
1 can chocolate frosting (store-bought for easier preparation)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk.

Let it sit for 2–3 minutes until thickened.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
2. Assemble the Cake

In a baking dish (9×13 inch works well), arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.

Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the crackers.

Add another layer of crackers on top.

Spread the remaining pudding mixture evenly.

Add one final layer of crackers on top.
3. Add the Chocolate Topping

Melt chocolate with heavy cream over low heat or in short microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
