 Ingredients

 Loaf Batter

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup (120ml) milk or buttermilk

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon flour (to toss blueberries)

 Cream Cheese Layer

  • 200g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup (50g) sugar

  • 1 egg

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
