1. Prepare the Pan

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the Batter

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

Stir in vanilla.

Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing just until combined.

Toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour and gently fold into the batter.
3. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add egg and vanilla; mix until creamy.
4. Assemble

Pour half of the loaf batter into the prepared pan.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the batter.

Add remaining batter on top.

Use a knife to gently swirl for a marbled effect (optional).
5. Bake

Bake for 50–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
6. Cool & Serve

Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
