Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain or Vanilla Greek yogurt (0% or 2% work great)
  • 1 box (1 oz / 28g) Sugar-Free Instant Cheesecake or Vanilla Pudding Mix (the secret to getting it thick and sweet)
  • 1 cup (approx. half an 8 oz tub) Cool Whip (thawed), plus extra for serving
  • ½ cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2–3 tbsp Sugar-free blueberry jam, compote, or pureed blueberries (for that gorgeous swirl)

### Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together the Greek yogurt and the dry instant pudding mix until completely smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Make it Fluffy: Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spatula. Mix just until combined so you don't deflate the air—this gives it that signature "fluff" texture.
  3. The Swirl & Topping: Transfer the mixture into your container. Spoon the blueberry jam or compote over the top and use a butter knife or spoon to swirl it into the surface. Arrange your fresh blueberries neatly on one side to replicate the look in 1000030467.jpg.
  4. Chill: Pop the lid on and refrigerate for at least 30 to 60 minutes before diving in. The pudding mix needs a bit of time to fully set and dissolve, which makes the texture incredibly thick and creamy.
