French Dip Biscuits

1. Prepare the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

  • Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.


2. Assemble the Biscuits

  • Separate biscuit dough and gently flatten each piece.

  • Add a small amount of roast beef to the center.

  • Top with a slice of cheese (fold to fit).

  • Add a small spread of horseradish if desired.

  • Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.

  • Place seam-side down in the baking dish.


3. Add Butter Topping

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.

  • Brush over the tops of the biscuits.


4. Bake

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.


5. Prepare the Au Jus

  • In a saucepan, whisk together au jus mix and water.

  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.


 Serve

Serve warm with a small bowl of au jus for dipping.
