1. Prepare the Oven

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
2. Assemble the Biscuits

Separate biscuit dough and gently flatten each piece.

Add a small amount of roast beef to the center.

Top with a slice of cheese (fold to fit).

Add a small spread of horseradish if desired.

Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.

Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
3. Add Butter Topping

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.

Brush over the tops of the biscuits.
4. Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Prepare the Au Jus

In a saucepan, whisk together au jus mix and water.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Serve
Serve warm with a small bowl of au jus for dipping.
