German-Style Bratwurst with Creamy Mustard Sauce

1️⃣ Brown the Bratwurst

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown bratwursts on all sides until golden and cooked through.
Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Onions

In the same pan, add butter and sliced onions.
Cook until soft and lightly caramelized.

3️⃣ Make the Sauce

Pour in beef broth and scrape up browned bits.
Let simmer 3–4 minutes.
Stir in cream, both mustards, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Simmer until slightly thickened.

4️⃣ Finish

Return bratwursts to the skillet.
Simmer together 5–7 minutes so flavors blend.

Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
