Light & Fluffy Strawberry Cream Dessert

1️⃣ Make the Crust

  1. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

  2. Press firmly into a 9×13 dish.

  3. Chill 20–30 minutes.


2️⃣ Make the Cream Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.

  3. Fold in whipped topping gently.

  4. Spread evenly over chilled crust.

  5. Refrigerate while preparing topping.


3️⃣ Strawberry Topping

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

  2. Stir in cold water.

  3. Let cool slightly (do not fully set).

  4. Stir in sliced strawberries.

  5. Carefully pour over cream layer.


4️⃣ Chill

Refrigerate at least 3–4 hours until fully set.
