Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

1. Cook the Sausage

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked.

  • Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly.


2. Make the Filling

  • In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage with cream cheese until smooth and well combined.

  • Add optional seasonings or shredded cheese if desired.


3. Prepare the Dough

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.


4. Assemble

  • Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

  • Roll up from the wide end to the tip, sealing gently.


5. Bake

  • Place on a lined baking sheet.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
