1. Marinate the Beef

  • In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper.

  • Let it sit for 10–15 minutes.


2. Cook the Beef

  • Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

  • Add beef and stir-fry quickly until browned (about 2–3 minutes).

  • Remove and set aside.


3. Stir-Fry Vegetables

  • In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.

  • Cook bell peppers and onions for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.

  • Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.


4. Make the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, broth, and cornstarch.


5. Combine

  • Return beef to the pan.

  • Pour in the sauce and stir well.

  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
