1. Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper.

Let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
2. Cook the Beef

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add beef and stir-fry quickly until browned (about 2–3 minutes).

Remove and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry Vegetables

In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.

Cook bell peppers and onions for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.

Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
4. Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, broth, and cornstarch.
5. Combine

Return beef to the pan.

Pour in the sauce and stir well.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
