1. Cook the Pasta

Bring salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Sausage

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy on the edges.

Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, add a little butter if needed.

Cook onion and bell pepper until softened.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Make the Cajun Alfredo Sauce

Add butter to the pan and let melt.

Pour in heavy cream and milk.

Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
5. Combine

Return the sausage to the pan.

Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot with garlic bread or a simple green salad.
