Sugar-Free Protein Cookie Dough Bite
Ingredients:
8 oz (1 block) Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (adjust based on desired dough thickness)
1/3 cup Sugarless/Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Optional: A pinch of salt or a splash of vanilla extract if your protein powder needs a flavor lift.
Instructions:
Blend the base: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the protein: Gradually fold in the vanilla protein powder. Mix until a thick, pliable dough forms. If the mixture feels too sticky to roll, add an extra tablespoon of protein powder.
Fold in the chips: Gently mix in the sugar-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Shape: Roll the dough into bite-sized balls (roughly 1-inch thick) and place them in a storage container.
- Chill: Place the bites in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving. Store them in the refrigerator or freeze them for a firmer, ice-cream-dough texture.
