Ingredients (Makes ~2 Liters)
- 4 lbs (approx. 1.8 kg) Fresh or Thawed Frozen Strawberries (packed with vitamin C and antioxidants)
- 3–4 inches Fresh Ginger Root, peeled and sliced (a powerful anti-inflammatory for joint pain and digestion)
- 2 inches Fresh Turmeric Root, peeled (or 1 tbsp ground turmeric) to target morning stiffness
- 3 large Lemons, juiced (cleansing and alkalizing)
- Optional Gut-Boosters: 4 cups of brewed and cooled Hibiscus tea (for an extra antioxidant kick) or a pinch of black pepper (to dramatically increase turmeric absorption)
- Filtered Water: Enough to reach the 2-liter mark (approx. 3–4 cups depending on your blender's capacity)
🥣 Instructions
- Prep the Roots: Roughly chop your peeled ginger and turmeric roots. If you are using a standard blender rather than a juicer, grating them slightly helps ensure a perfectly smooth blend.
- Combine: Add the strawberries, ginger, turmeric, and fresh lemon juice to a high-powered blender. If your blender isn't large enough to hold everything at once, work in two quick batches.
- Blend Until Smooth: Pour in 2 cups of filtered water (or cooled hibiscus tea). Blend on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds until completely liquefied and smooth.
- Strain (Optional): For a completely crisp, clean juice texture, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or a nut milk bag into a large pitcher to remove the strawberry seeds and root pulp. If you prefer a thicker, high-fiber tonic, you can leave it unstrained!
- Bottle and Store: Add the remaining water to bring the total volume to 2 liters. Pour the juice into your large storage bottles or jugs as seen
