Ingredients
1 cup Soursop pulp (fresh or frozen, seeds strictly removed)
½ inch Fresh turmeric root (peeled and finely grated)
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
½ cup Fresh spinach (to achieve that vibrant green color shown in the glass)
1 tbsp Lemon or lime juice (adds brightness and helps absorption)
A tiny pinch of black pepper (crucial for activating the curcumin in the turmeric!)
Keto-friendly sweetener to taste (like liquid stevia or erythritol, completely optional)
Note on the Hibiscus: The dried red flowers in the photo are hibiscus (jamaica). Because blending them directly into the drink would turn it bright pink or purple, they are best enjoyed separately as a brewed, iced herbal tea, or used as a tart concentrated syrup drizzled on top!
Instructions
Prep the Fruit: If using fresh soursop, cut it open, scoop out the white flesh, and carefully remove every single black seed (soursop seeds should not be consumed).
Blend the Base: Add the liquid base, grated turmeric, spinach, lemon juice, and a pinch of black pepper to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth to ensure the turmeric and greens are fully broken down.
Thicken it Up: Add the soursop pulp and ice cubes (if desired). Blend on high for another 30–60 seconds until creamy and frothy.
Serve: Pour into a tall glass and enjoy fresh!
