1. Prepare the Filling

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.

Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Stir in ketchup and mustard.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2. Build the First Layer

Roll out one pizza dough and place it in a greased baking pan or on a lined baking sheet.

Spread half of the beef mixture evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella.
3. Add the Second Layer

Place the second dough on top.

Spread remaining beef mixture over it.

Add more cheese and optional toppings like pickles and tomatoes.
4. Finish & Bake

Brush edges with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
